EL DIVA are hoping to raise some serious money for Horse Charities - Our displays can be anything from 6mins to an hour or more in length depending upon requirements, and are tailored specifically for each performance. At best, the audience will see some good horsemanship, Beautiful Horses and Fabulous Costumes – at worst, it will be as entertaining as the “Britain’s Got Talent Auditions! We have chosen to support HorseWorld and Redwings because of the wonderful work that they do. We hope to use our display to raise money from the sale of tickets and bookings, as we will be hiring ourselves out for events as well as staging our own shows. Since the credit crunch, money is obviously tight and I am aware that many people who usually support Charities are unable to keep donating in the present climate. HorseWorld and Redwings depend on donations and fundraising in order to keep doing the fabulous work that they do. They have teams of experts that make rehabilitating and rehoming horses possible - which is miraculous considering what some of the horses must have been through. One of my horses who I ride in the display’s was unrideable at one time and needed a very long period of rehabilitation. Through personal experience with him and other horses that I have worked with, I know how much time, emotion, patience and optimism that you need to have in order to rehabilitate a troubled horse.
